Handle high-volume inbound calls to assist members with healthcare benefits. Accurately gather and document customer information, resolve issues per one-call resolution, meet client metrics, escalate when needed, and suggest process improvements. Work is remote with strict home-office hardware and wired internet requirements, plus background/drug screening and schedule flexibility including nights and weekends.

Lead agile delivery for IT projects—primarily BI development and Salesforce deployments—by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching teams, aligning cross-functional dependencies (infrastructure, ERP, BI), and maintaining reporting and governance (dashboards, metrics, documentation) to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Provide front-desk reception and foundational administrative support: greet visitors, manage multi-line calls, process mail/scan documents, assist executives with scheduling and meetings, support events and hospitality, maintain lobby, and perform departmental tracking and basic documentation tasks.

Participate in design, development, testing, and support of software products under guidance. Implement and recommend basic software solutions, contribute to project planning, follow development processes, document work, and collaborate with team members to meet technical objectives on schedule and within quality and cost targets.

Oversee affordable housing compliance across a portfolio: ensure regulatory adherence, prepare for audits, mentor compliance staff, support operations and clients, maintain compliance trackers and reporting, and resolve complex compliance issues.

Create and apply brand assets and campaign materials for NPR podcasts and editorial properties. Work with senior designers and copywriters to build logos, key art, social templates, digital ads, and campaign systems. Support rebrands, adapt designs from audience research, produce presentation materials, and ensure consistent, high-quality visuals across projects. Portfolio submission required.

Lead industrial design from concept through production for cycling and snow sports products. Create sketches, renderings, CAD concepts, and full technical packages. Collaborate with product development, PLM, and manufacturing to ensure aesthetics, ergonomics, performance, safety compliance, cost, and timeline targets are met. Research trends and manufacturing innovations and present concepts to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain high-performance backend systems and APIs using Elixir and Phoenix. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to own features end-to-end, write tests, perform code reviews, optimize performance, and apply OTP and distributed systems principles to build scalable, reliable services.
