Coordinate and train full-time and temporary associates on receiving functions for a distribution center. Plan and prioritize inbound receipts, monitor DC capacity, produce daily/weekly reports and metrics, support cross-functional coordination, and assist other warehouse areas. Sell service contracts and coverage for forklifts and vertical products to new and existing customers. Prospect, close deals, manage renewals and upsells, lead account reviews and assessments, coordinate orders and service scheduling, collaborate with internal teams and OEM partners, track pipeline metrics, and provide market insights to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Create and edit video and motion-graphics storytelling across web, mobile, and social. Collaborate with editors and stakeholders to design social-first content, motion graphics, interactive multimedia, and reusable templates. Maintain visual standards, implement accessibility and SEO best practices, support web publishing, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and stay current on emerging multimedia formats and tools.

Advise and advance the university Greek community across four governing bodies and 34 organizations. Develop and deliver new member education, chapter and leadership programming, community service coordination, risk management and large-scale events, assess student learning outcomes, build stakeholder relationships, and respond to emergencies as needed.

Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and analytics developers to translate executive needs into data specifications, validate dashboards and calculations (including syndicated data like Nielsen), document metric methodologies, and coach analytics teams to improve reporting accuracy and business understanding.
