Perform in-branch sales for existing accounts and walk-in customers, manage end-to-end sales including estimates, quotes, orders and invoices. Requires technical aptitude, travel (~50%), and strong communication and organizational skills.

Support underwriting, portfolio analytics, and strategic forecasting for U.S. single-family rental investments. Build and stress-test financial models, perform acquisition and fund-level analysis, prepare investor materials, assist due diligence, reconcile data, and deliver insights to senior leadership under tight timelines.

Provide senior-level financial advisory to TSA leadership including budget formulation, execution oversight, forecasts, portfolio analytics, reconciliations, IGCEs and acquisition cost analyses. Create executive dashboards, ensure compliance with federal financial policies, support audits, and improve financial governance using Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and enterprise financial systems.

Partner with leaders on talent management, succession planning, and organizational design. Coach managers, lead engagement surveys and action plans, and improve employee experience. Manage employee relations, performance improvement plans, promotions, Workday updates, and HR processes. Drive HR reporting, OKRs, KPIs, and workforce analytics, leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and inform decisions.

Support accounting and production financial tasks: assist Controller and Accounting Manager with yields, GL entries, product costing, variance analysis, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, reconciliations, and preparation of the annual operating plan. Monitor and report yield performance and perform related duties as assigned.
