Work across Consulting Operations, Sales, Talent, and other functions to map processes, identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and build solutions (processes, documentation, or lightweight automations). Partner with leadership to implement changes and document institutional knowledge.

Design, run and analyse marketing experiments (geo-tests, pre-post, synthetic controls, brand lift, 1:1 test-and-control). Perform power/MDE calculations, monitor in-flight tests, and communicate clear, actionable results to stakeholders to optimise marketing effectiveness across the customer journey.

Lead regional business development for Washington and Oregon, driving sales growth in infrastructure/transportation. Build and manage client relationships, execute tailored BD plans, track pipeline and KPIs, lead pursuits, coach sales talent, diversify markets, and manage BD budget and strategic initiatives.

Support accounting and logistics transaction processing, ERP recordkeeping, AR/AP tasks, inventory and shipping documentation, month-end reconciliations, and coordination with external accountants. Maintain organized records, prepare routine reports, and improve administrative workflows while working with the US Operations Manager and Global CFO in a hybrid aerospace environment.

Serve as the front-line office contact and provide administrative support across departments in a manufacturing environment. Manage visitor sign-in, phone and email routing, filing, records, scheduling, travel coordination, shipping documents, supplies, and EHS documentation while supporting Operations, Engineering, Safety, and leadership.

Provide litigation support for insurance defense matters: draft and file pleadings, manage case files and discovery, assist at depositions/trials, perform legal research, and summarize testimony and documents to advance cases to resolution.
