Provide administrative and data support across Customer Success, Finance, Food Science & Quality, and Operations. Prepare invoices, maintain customer and costing records, compile reports and dashboards, support month-end reconciliation, track quality and production metrics, and facilitate cross-functional communication to support manufacturing and customer service.

Provide friendly customer service and product guidance, assist customers locating merchandise, process sales and returns, maintain store presentation and stock, participate in promotions, follow company policies, and support a collaborative team environment.
