Drive revenue in the Western NY K-12 market by building relationships with district decision-makers, developing and executing strategic sales plans, prospecting and nurturing leads, delivering presentations and demos, managing the sales pipeline, exceeding targets, upselling/cross-selling, analyzing market trends, and partnering with marketing. Role requires travel within the assigned territory.

Define and document enterprise mobile security requirements and controls (MDM, MAM, encryption, offline storage). Perform mobile security assessments (code review, threat assessment), create security testing standards and checklists, ensure regulatory compliance, and recommend security protocols, tools, and products. Provide mobile security architecture and documentation for Health Net; familiarity with enterprise SSO (OAuth, SAML) preferred.

Lead and develop a phone-based inbound/outbound sales team focused on same-day and short-cycle closes. Build daily cadence, Salesforce dashboards, SOPs, call flows, and contact strategies. Coach on-floor through side-by-side selling, call reviews, and live-call support. Lead FedRAMP, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 compliance efforts by hardening AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, implementing security controls, automating evidence collection, improving CI/CD security, and collaborating with security, legal, and engineering teams to support regulated customers.

Conduct ML research to produce predictive trading signals, design deep learning architectures, apply LLM-based agentic methods, implement signal compression and combination, build model frameworks for investment use, and collaborate with portfolio managers and researchers.

Greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, take messages, receive deliveries and donations, provide information about services, and perform routine clerical tasks (typing, filing). Maintain attendance, operate switchboard, sort documents, and handle light to moderate lifting (25-50 lbs.).

Lead detection, response, and remediation of security incidents; maintain and improve security architecture, policies, and controls across cloud and on‑prem environments; manage security technologies (SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanning, endpoint, WAF); perform threat hunting, vulnerability management, audits/pen tests response, and security project management; provide technical risk guidance and lead teams.

Coordinate seasonal product collections from concept through launch by managing timelines, samples, product data, and vendor communications. Maintain product database and ERP/Excel records, generate reports, support photoshoot layouts, lead cross-functional problem-solving, and provide administrative support to ensure on-time, accurate product launches.

Support and maintain enterprise security controls and tools, investigate security events, manage tickets and remediation, perform threat and vulnerability assessments, maintain Microsoft security platform (Azure Conditional Access, Intune, Defender), assist auditors, develop security documentation and awareness, mentor analysts, and support deployment of data-loss prevention and remote access solutions.

Support and manage CHN's information security program including risk management, vulnerability scanning and remediation, incident response coordination with MSSP, audits, security case management, business continuity/disaster recovery planning and exercises, policy and control development, security awareness training, third-party risk activities, and security assessments for projects to protect information confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
