Design and execute legislative enablement and defense, manage internal GR team and external lobbyists/counsel, coordinate cross-functional SMEs, support market expansion and partner capacity-building, testify and present publicly, and integrate technology policy for automated enforcement and traffic-safety initiatives.

Manage tenant improvement projects from planning through completion: create schedules and budgets, manage vendors and contractors, track costs, lead teams, ensure quality and compliance, report progress, mitigate risks, and maintain client relationships.

Lead the observability control plane and roadmap, architect telemetry ingestion and cost-management strategies, ensure SLOs and 99.9% uptime, build scalable telemetry pipelines, integrate AI-driven approaches, and manage a team of six engineers to enable reliable, self-service observability across the organization.

Lead FP&A forecasting and treasury activities, partner cross-functionally to improve forecast accuracy, automate reporting, support cash/P&L forecasting, engage banks and vendors, and present results to executive leadership.
