Develops and closes high-value sponsorships, investment partnerships, and strategic alliances. The role engages corporate partners, family offices, angel networks, and mission-aligned investors; creates capital engagement packages; manages investor relationships, reporting, and impact storytelling; collaborates across ventures; and maintains a pipeline of capital opportunities, prospects, and pitch materials.

Develop, test, deploy, integrate, and maintain full-stack and Windows business applications using C#/.NET and SQL Server. Build REST/SOAP integrations, manage JSON/XML exchanges, create SSRS and Power BI reports, support MES/Camstar and Five9 workflows, and troubleshoot complex application and data issues. Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle, improve existing processes, and provide technical guidance to less-experienced team members.

Develop and maintain full-stack command-and-control software for rugged UxS charging infrastructure: build responsive front-end components, backend services/APIs, telemetry pipelines, integrate with tactical C2 systems (ATAK, Lattice, CoT), debug networking issues, collaborate with autonomy and systems teams, and support V&V, testing, and documentation per federal defense standards.
