Own Metergraph’s commercial strategy and company-building as founder and CEO. Lead founder-led sales to CTOs and engineering leaders, convert design partners into paying customers, develop pricing and go-to-market motions, raise the seed round, recruit the early team, and shape product direction with the technical cofounder. The role requires strong technical fluency in LLMs, evaluations, inference economics, and infrastructure or developer-tool sales.

Provides technical, operational, and product support for commercial treasury customers. Responsibilities include onboarding services, updating user access, delivering product education, troubleshooting technical and transactional issues, coordinating documentation, supporting treasury officers, and partnering with internal teams to resolve customer needs. The role requires customer service, technical support or operations experience, familiarity with networks and internet protocols, knowledge of online security, strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve routine to moderate technical issues.

Manages administrative vehicle title processes, including lien perfection follow-up, title research, issue remediation, dealer and customer communications, data entry, reporting, documentation, and escalation. Maintains title records, tracks dealer performance, researches state titling requirements, supports compliance, and assists title management workflows. Requires strong organization, accuracy, customer service, communication, multitasking, and knowledge of vehicle titling and auto finance processes.

Supervises a warehouse operations team of 20 or more employees. Plans staffing and inbound and outbound schedules, assigns work, monitors productivity, maintains inventory accuracy, investigates variances, manages payroll, updates procedures, ensures safety compliance, and resolves employee concerns. The role oversees receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials in a full-time, on-site facility with variable scheduling requirements.

Participate in a 10–12 month manager development program covering customer service, sales, finance, marketing, and branch operations. Build customer relationships, recommend financial products, manage payment reminders and arrangements, analyze loan documents, support office goals, and develop leadership skills including staffing, delegation, recruitment, and performance management. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and willingness to relocate after promotion.

Lead visual strategy and execution for integrated marketing and brand experiences across digital, web, campaigns, events, and multimedia. Translate data and strategy into compelling visual narratives, maintain scalable design systems and component libraries, produce motion graphics and storyboards, collaborate cross-functionally, and elevate creative quality and consistency across channels to drive business and brand goals.
