Manage end-to-end logistics for 10–12 conferences and trade shows annually, including sponsorships, booth prep, staff registration, show services, and swag. Plan hosted dinners and biannual team offsites, manage vendors, maintain budgets and reports, and leverage AI tools to create event content and improve operations.
