Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Runpod’s AI cloud platform, including GPU infrastructure, serverless endpoints, APIs, foundational services, and developer experience. Lead and scale the product and design organization, engage customers, partner with engineering and infrastructure leadership, establish pricing and packaging, guide go-to-market strategy, and prioritize initiatives using product analytics and customer insights.

Own retrieval and context pipelines, production instrumentation, failure taxonomies, and cost and latency budgets. Partner with data science and product management on experiments and agent behavior, while establishing LLM engineering patterns, guardrails, and reusable tooling.

Manage high-volume pre- and post-sales marketing deliverables, translating AI, data, identity, and platform capabilities into client narratives, proposals, presentations, and enablement materials. Partner cross-functionally on product marketing, positioning, sales training, field marketing, events, and thought leadership. Assess product and feature security risks through threat modeling, secure architecture reviews, and vulnerability remediation guidance. Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers across the technology stack; promote security culture through training, mentoring, and internal security activities; oversee security debt and explain vulnerability impacts. Build security tooling, automate security practices, develop secure coding patterns, and integrate security tools into engineering workflows.

Leads a 12-person application security practice conducting code audits, vulnerability research, and secure design reviews. Oversees technical delivery, client relationships, project staffing, utilization, profitability, recruiting, and team development. Provides hands-on technical direction across source-code security work, determines investments in tooling and methodologies, and integrates AI-assisted auditing and research into team workflows. The role also owns practice P&L and supports engineers’ conference, publication, and open-source contributions.

Lead the Claude Corps talent and people operations pod, managing early-talent recruiters and HR coordinators. Own high-volume screening and selection, employer-of-record employment lifecycle processes, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and performance issues. Build scalable, AI-assisted recruiting and HR workflows, manage multi-state employment operations, improve efficiency, and grow team capabilities as fellowship cohorts expand.
