Lead end-to-end product design for Stats & Insights across mobile and web. Conduct user research, prototype and ship native iOS/Android features, run design sprints, contribute to the design system, integrate AI into the design workflow, and collaborate cross-functionally to turn data into actionable, user-centered experiences.

Own revenue enablement programs and systems supporting Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success. Build playbooks, competitive resources, training, and product-launch enablement; maintain the enablement technology stack and AI Hub; measure adoption and field adherence; and connect enablement activities to win rate, sales cycle length, expansion, time-to-value, and churn outcomes. Partner with Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to improve billing and data flows, while transitioning accounting functions in-house and building scalable processes for company growth.

Manages and hires Solutions Consultants in a player-coach role, mentoring the team and partnering with sales, marketing, security, and product teams. Solutions Consultants advise prospective customers during the sales process through product expertise, strategic guidance, and best practices. The role requires experience selling into accounts with sophisticated pre-sales consulting or sales engineering teams, strong communication skills, and knowledge of at least two relevant technology or marketing domains. Travel may reach 50% during peak periods.

Own end-to-end client onboarding for the LevPro platform, from scoping and kickoff through configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, and go-live. Translate client workflows into scalable system solutions, coordinate with internal and external technical teams, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and support long-term client relationships. The role partners with sales, data, customer success, product, engineering, and third parties while managing multiple implementations and improving implementation processes.
