The Volunteer Digital Marketing Manager will manage SEO, AEO, content strategy, email marketing, and analytics to enhance the online presence of the Humane Choices Foundation, aiming to improve discoverability and engagement.

Drafts, reviews, redlines, and supports negotiation of commercial contracts, including Work Orders, NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, Start Up Agreements, Letters of Intent, and Change Orders. Manages contracting cases and legal terms in Salesforce, maintains organized contract records and approvals, collaborates with Sales and subject matter experts, and supports departmental projects, training, and audits.

Manages Identity and Access Management and cybersecurity projects from scope definition through delivery. Collaborate with marketing, sales, content, product marketing, and operations teams while applying AI tools and workflows to improve marketing effectiveness.

Lead affiliate marketing accounts for major brands by developing partnership strategies, analyzing campaign performance, managing client relationships, mentoring team members, optimizing growth initiatives, overseeing budgets and invoicing bonuses, and improving agency processes. The role also includes client presentations, upselling, publisher coordination, operational support, and strategic user acquisition planning.

Own onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion for enterprise and government accounts using a software supply chain security platform. Build stakeholder relationships, configure integrations and security workflows, monitor account health, troubleshoot databases, APIs, JSON, and BOM data, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering. Partner with Sales on account strategy, create customer-facing success materials, and use scripting and AI tools to support reporting and issue resolution.
