Responsibilities include user research, interaction design, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, design documentation, collaborative workshops, and design system development. The role advocates for diverse patient and user needs while identifying product opportunities and scaling design processes across the organization.

Lead end-to-end creative development of retail displays, fixtures, and branded environments for consumer electronics clients. Produce concept sketches, CAD models, renderings, and presentation materials; integrate physical and digital retail technologies; ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with shopper and brand objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, present to clients, support RFPs and business development, and participate in prototyping and production handoffs. Travel up to 30% required.

Create stylized animation and photorealistic cinematic environments using generative AI tools. Collaborate with directors, producers, editors, clients, and creative teams to develop characters, worlds, and sequences for social, episodic, and feature-length storytelling. Own the generative production pipeline from concept through final output while maintaining visual consistency, narrative coherence, cinematic quality, and production speed.

Participate as an instructional design intern to create and maintain product training (e-learning, videos, webinars, virtual and face-to-face content). Support needs assessments, storyboard technical solutions, collaborate with subject matter experts and other designers, and help develop train-the-trainer materials to improve delivery and customer experience.

Conduct human factors and usability research for defense-related systems. Analyze workflows, user needs, tasks, and decision-making; design and facilitate usability studies; collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data; define performance metrics; and deliver actionable recommendations through reports and presentations. Collaborate with customers, UX designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to improve system usability and guide design decisions. This is an on-site, customer-site role requiring approximately 20% U.S. travel.

Leads end-to-end UX and UI design across web and mobile products, including research, personas, journeys, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, usability testing, and A/B testing. Collaborates with product and engineering teams, mentors junior designers, presents design strategies, and advocates for user-centered practices.
