Responsibilities include service design, user research, journey mapping, service blueprinting, prototyping, usability validation, responsible AI governance, workforce and organizational impact analysis, design governance, accessibility and privacy, stakeholder influence, team development, and external partner management.

Design and Visual Art Intern supporting concept development, content creation, and creative production for social, digital, and other media platforms. Collaborates with writers, photographers, videographers, and creative teammates to develop compelling brand work, implement visual direction, present ideas, and manage multiple projects while gaining hands-on agency experience.

Creates and manages print and digital marketing assets, including proposals, presentations, PR communications, brochures, ads, charts, maps, and infographics. Leads creative direction, applies visual identity standards, manages digital assets, coordinates with vendors and photographers, reviews final graphics, mentors junior designers, and supports training. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs on tight deadlines.

Create and edit web content, design and update web page layouts, determine technical requirements, and establish design guidelines. The role requires strong visual design and user interaction skills, proficiency with prototyping and wireframing tools, experience developing storyboards, sitemaps, and user flows, plus familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.

Create digital and physical graphic assets for flyers, social media, email campaigns, websites, ebooks, branding, and motion media. Work independently across projects, collaborate with team members, attend bi-monthly meetings, and provide weekly progress reports.
