Responsibilities in this role:
- Consistently brainstorm, conceptualize, and produce high-quality artwork to satisfy marketing and brand objectives.
- Design web graphics, digital ads, email templates, and marketing collateral aligned with Teq’s brand identity.
- Collaborate daily across internal teams to ensure visual assets and messaging remain consistent across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage multiple concurrent creative projects from initial concept through final file delivery in a fast-paced setting.
- Stay proactive and resourceful, maintaining sharp attention to detail while navigating shifting priorities.
- 1–3 years of professional design experience accompanied by an impressive portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and presentation design (PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of AI-driven creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly) and modern digital design workflows. Basic HTML5/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- A keen eye for visual aesthetics, typography, grid layout, color theory, and digital composition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to team members and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to quality and deadlines.
- Salary Range: $52,000 – $62,000 per year, commensurate with experience and technical certifications
