As a Senior Designer, you'll lead design across product experiences and branding, optimizing usability for complex tools while collaborating with engineering and leadership teams.

Own and evolve 0G’s visual identity across product, web, social, events, and campaigns. Build scalable brand systems, guidelines, templates, and reusable components; ensure consistency across public-facing channels; and lead visual creative for launches, campaigns, community activations, and events. Partner with leadership on brand narrative and positioning, while designing or directing digital, video, presentation, and event assets. Manage external vendors and agencies as needed.

In-person brand and visual designer responsible for evolving Eon’s visual identity across product, web, campaigns, and social. Art-direct campaigns and photography, design website pages and marketing assets, own product projects, shape and maintain the design system, and collaborate with product designers and engineers to refine interfaces and interactions.

Execute high-quality visual assets across marketing and sales channels, manage incoming design requests and intake, coordinate multiple projects and contractors, maintain brand guidelines, templates, and reusable assets, and act as a strategic design partner to stakeholders while mentoring designers and shaping design operations.

Lead mixed-methods UX and product research across Product, Design, and Growth. Plan and run qualitative and mixed-methods studies, coach designers, improve research ops, democratize insights, and embed research into product decision-making.

Design and execute interactive experiences across mobile, web, social, and print. Collaborate with art directors, UX, copywriters, developers, and project managers to deliver on-brand, on-time work while contributing creative vision and maintaining client-focused solutions.

Lead visual design for marketing deliverables including proposals, presentations, and campaigns. Create infographics, diagrams, and templates; review junior designers' work; evolve brand assets; coordinate with teams to meet strategy and timelines.

Support design and execution of user-centered web and digital experiences. Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes; improve usability of content-heavy pages; conduct usability testing; follow brand and accessibility standards; collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams.

Contribute to architectural project teams under mentorship, producing drawings, BIM deliverables, and technical solutions. Perform layout, code studies, quality control, clash detection, and assist with specifications, marketing, and business development while meeting schedules and firm standards.

Design and iterate consumer-facing fintech product UI/UX using AI-enabled tools. Collaborate cross-functionally, run user research, produce wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect final assets (mobile and responsive web) using Figma. Incorporate user feedback and metrics to refine experiences while ensuring visual polish, interaction quality, and compliance sensitivity.
