As Head of Design, you will set the design vision, manage a team of designers, build design systems, and drive product quality and innovation using AI.

Produce photo, video, design, and written marketing assets across digital and print. Shoot and edit video and photography, design campaign and web assets, write/edit marketing copy, maintain brand standards, and support creative team to deliver timely, on‑brand materials.

Lead end-to-end product design for Sparrows leave management features. Drive discovery, interaction and UI design, prototypes, and shipped outcomes. Design for complex workflows, regulatory nuance, and multiple user personas. Partner closely with Product and Engineering, use research and data to iterate, and improve design systems and consistency across the product.

Design end-to-end user experiences for Injective web products and dApps. Lead projects across the product lifecycle, partner with cross-functional teams, produce wireframes and prototypes, and apply strong UX, information, and graphic design to deliver consumer-facing mobile and web products.

Create performance-driven paid social creative across static and motion formats. Own concepting, production, and iteration of assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube. Use data and channel insights to inform creative, incorporate AI tools where useful, and build scalable workflows and guardrails. Collaborate with performance marketing and potentially mentor other creatives.

Dentsu Creative is building a freelance roster for a tech client seeking various creative roles (Art Directors, ACDs, Brand Art Directors, Senior Designers, Copywriters, Motion/Video Designers). Remote work aligned to West Coast hours, starting ~August 18 for an initial ~3-month contract with possible extension.
