Scale and evolve Order.co’s design system across legacy product experiences. Audit components, identify inconsistencies, create accessible production-ready patterns with engineers, establish system principles, and improve adoption and usability. The role also explores AI-enabled workflows for component discovery, documentation, quality checks, and pattern generation while balancing flexibility, consistency, and scalability.

Lead Airwallex’s global product design organization of 40+ designers and leaders across multiple regions and product verticals. Own design strategy, quality standards, culture, hiring, leadership development, organizational scaling, budget, and the expansion of the San Francisco design studio. Partner with the CPO and executive team on product experience strategy, planning, OKRs, headcount, and cross-functional collaboration.

Supports brand identity and marketing collateral across print, digital, and interactive media.
