Design and produce print, digital, environmental, and brand assets for restaurant, hotel, and retail concepts. Maintain multi-brand systems, prepare production-ready files, develop mockups and presentations, coordinate with printers and signage vendors, and support brand updates across properties. Manage design files and asset libraries while collaborating with marketing, web, operations, development, and leadership teams.

Produces and maintains web and digital content, manages project plans and site maps, coordinates workflows, and collaborates with UX designers and developers. Build and own Cricut’s parametric 3D model library, including reference-quality models, modeling standards, reusable templates, parameter systems, validation methods, and automation. Ensure models remain attractive and producible across customization ranges. Direct external contractors through briefs, acceptance criteria, QA, and reviews, while partnering with product and software teams on parametric controls and using AI to streamline production.

Lead visual design across Havenly’s family of brands, creating paid social, display, video, email, landing page, onsite, organic social, and campaign assets. Develop varied concepts, use AI image tools, interpret performance data, maintain Figma templates and assets, and contribute to art direction, shoots, retouching, and seasonal campaigns. Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Copy, and Brand teams while maintaining strong standards for typography, composition, imagery, and brand consistency.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex enterprise, developer-facing, and AI-assisted identity and fraud-prevention products. Conduct research, frame problems, map workflows, prototype and test solutions, deliver detailed designs, and partner with engineering through implementation. Design robust states, permissions, errors, and operational workflows while contributing to the design system. Use AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, documentation, and QA while protecting user trust and applying independent judgment.

Design signage, publications, invitations, print and web advertisements, and other creative materials. Manage multiple projects, build production schedules, meet deadlines, prepare files for prepress, review proofs, and communicate with printers. The internship provides mentorship and portfolio-building experience while requiring strong typography, proofreading, technical design, and attention-to-detail skills.

Designs user-centered web interfaces and implements responsive front-end experiences. Creates wireframes, mockups, prototypes, design systems, and reusable UI components. Own the end-to-end design and development of Noto’s product, from workflows and interfaces to database-backed features. Establish design systems, content standards, and quality benchmarks while identifying customer pain points and shipping intuitive solutions. Collaborate directly with users, guide engineering decisions, and combine product judgment, UX craft, writing, and full-stack development to improve complex operational software.
