Own the business-side implementation and rollout of Dayforce HCM across Core HR, Workforce Management, Payroll, and Benefits. Configure and optimize modules, guide the systems integrator through go-live, troubleshoot issues, validate data, develop testing and audit processes, document workflows, support integrations, and communicate releases. Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, developers, and third-party providers while supporting compliance, JSOX audits, and year-end payroll processing.

Lead Dayforce HCM rollout as the internal Dayforce SME: configure Core HR, WFM, Payroll, and Benefits; validate SI partner work; manage integrations; develop test plans, documentation, audits, and ensure payroll/year-end and JSOX compliance support.
