Lead a zero-to-one consumer product (Never Wonder) converting smart-home data into AI-driven insights. Define vision, roadmap, UX flows, and metrics; lead cross-functional teams (engineering, AI/ML, design, data); drive discovery, prototyping, launch, iteration, and go-to-market readiness.

Lead Chewy Ads Data Science across onsite and offsite channels, owning strategy, roadmap, models, and experimentation. Build and mentor a team to deliver production ML systems for ranking, bidding, budget optimization, ROAS, and GenAI-powered advertiser tooling while partnering with Product and Engineering and representing science to senior leadership.

Lead the Shopping Intent CRM portfolio to define strategy, roadmap, experimentation, and measurement for email, push, and in-app lifecycle communications. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Recommendations, Analytics, CRM, and Design to improve personalization, trigger logic, ranking, suppression, and send-time optimization. Translate opportunities into PRDs, MVPs, experiments, and execution plans, and lead a small PM team to deliver measurable conversion outcomes.

Drive net-new enterprise sales within the telecommunications vertical: prospect, qualify, demo Snowflake, close deals, and grow accounts. Collaborate with sales engineering, services, marketing, legal and finance to meet multi-million dollar annual quotas and execute territory sales plans.

Lead data science strategy and a rapid-prototyping team to build production-grade ML and GenAI solutions for contractor earnings, tax, and compliance. Drive model governance, automation, and cross-functional delivery to reduce errors, mitigate risk, and scale measurable ROI across product, engineering, and operations.
