Contract senior-level talent sourcer supporting executive and senior hires across Operations, IT, Revenue/GTM, Marketing and G&A. Build executive pipelines, conduct deep market research and talent mapping, craft personalized outreach using AI sourcing tools, track outreach metrics, partner with recruiters and hiring leaders, qualify candidates, and drive search strategy and execution for fast-moving, infrastructure-focused roles.

Design, implement, and manage hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure. Deploy, scale, and maintain systems with automation and IaC, troubleshoot networking and storage, monitor availability and resiliency, collaborate with security and engineering teams, document systems, participate in on-call rotations, and support project delivery and operational tasks.

The Network Engineer III will lead network design, configuration, and maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with vendors on critical projects.

Manage IT operations and infrastructure including Hyper-V/SCVMM, Windows Server administration, Microsoft clustering, Active Directory and Office 365/Azure AD. Administer VMware virtualization (vSphere/ESX/vCenter) and Cisco UCS, support networking services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Remote Desktop Services, and storage/backup systems (SAN, iSCSI, RAID, EMC).

Lead origination of new business for Outsourcing Advisory by prospecting, building executive relationships, structuring multi-year outsourcing/managed services deals, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and driving pipeline and revenue growth while positioning GTs advisory and technology-enabled solutions.

Define and author technical use cases and user stories, map data flows and APIs, lead grooming and testing, support IT operational readiness for data center launches, develop IT roadmaps and governance, coordinate cross-functional programs, and manage change and customer-facing requirements to ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives.

Lead IT operations across service desk, infrastructure, networking, identity, and endpoints for multi-site clinics. Oversee Azure, M365, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Meraki, security/compliance (HIPAA, SOC), SLA/KPI reporting, incident resolution, vulnerability management, vendor relationships, budgeting, and staff leadership to ensure reliable, secure, and cost-effective technology services.
