Lead and perform IT general controls (ITGC) testing for SOX and internal audit engagements, supervise and mentor staff, evaluate control design and operating effectiveness, document findings, communicate deficiencies to clients, and support client relationships and engagement delivery.

Lead origination of new business for Outsourcing Advisory by prospecting, building executive relationships, structuring multi-year outsourcing/managed services deals, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and driving pipeline and revenue growth while positioning GTs advisory and technology-enabled solutions.

Lead and manage an inside sales team to generate qualified outbound leads, implement top-of-funnel strategies, coach performance, recruit and develop talent, and collaborate with GTM and revenue ops to forecast, measure KPIs, and drive pipeline growth using CRM and prospecting technologies.

Provide IT and information assurance support for DoD/SAP environments: maintain servers, firewalls, networks and VTC; perform AIS accreditation, vulnerability mitigation, COMSEC/accountability, account administration, help desk, and system configuration and documentation.

Administer and maintain SOC/NOC tools (SIEM, SOAR, network monitoring), monitor and optimize system performance, apply security controls and patches, troubleshoot incidents, develop automation scripts, and maintain system documentation and configurations.

The intern will assist the Consulting Services team in IT risk management by documenting client processes, preparing testing templates, and engaging in compliance and audit projects.

Lead and manage the Time & Attendance/Workforce Management team, oversee design, implementation, integrations, compliance, and continuous improvement of UKG and similar WFM systems. Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, and stakeholders to ensure accurate timekeeping, regulatory compliance, and optimized workforce processes while driving automation, analytics, and team development.
