As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager, you will be the primary technical advisor for Defense and Intelligence customers, overseeing onboarding, integration, and ongoing engagement to ensure client success and drive contract growth with Inkit's File Intelligence Platform.

Lead architecture, deployment, and lifecycle of self-hosted CyberArk PAM. Maintain configurations and policies, onboard privileged accounts, develop custom plugins, build automation via REST API and PowerShell, drive resiliency and upgrades, troubleshoot PAM stack issues, document runbooks, and advance password-less and ephemeral privileged access integrations.

Manage and optimize enterprise Proofpoint email security for a hybrid M365/on-premises Exchange environment. Configure gateway rules, quarantine workflows, mail relays, and DKIM/SPF/DMARC strategy. Analyze TAP telemetry and threat intelligence, collaborate with SOC to build automated response playbooks, troubleshoot delivery and authentication failures, and communicate platform health and risk to stakeholders.
