Manage and improve multi-tier IT infrastructure across AWS and Azure, networks, servers, and core services. Administer Office 365, scripting with PowerShell, oversee MSPs and vendors, handle security incidents and outages, support conferencing and core business platforms, ensure GxP/SOX compliance, and own budgeting, strategy, and infrastructure delivery processes.

Lead IT category strategy, strategic sourcing, and vendor governance for SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, telecom, and managed services. Drive contract negotiations, cost optimization, cloud consumption and license management, vendor performance oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, legal, finance, and risk to deliver measurable savings and compliance.

Lead application administration and production support, resolve escalated incidents, manage releases and upgrades, collaborate with business and vendors, maintain roadmaps and documentation, support IT projects and budgeting, and provide on-call after-hours support.

Plan, direct, and execute IT and information security audits; perform fieldwork, document findings, prepare reports, assess compliance with laws and bank policies, and coach audit staff.

Provide production support and be the primary contact for application issues. Senior individual-contributor responsible for aligning business strategy to technology roadmaps and enterprise architectures. Defines reference architectures, governance (ARB), cloud/hybrid modernization, and integration standards. Evaluates emerging tech, leads POCs, ensures compliance, security, resilience, and scalability. Collaborates with stakeholders, mentors architects, and contributes to disaster recovery and risk mitigation.

Provide senior-level systems administration for Army Intelligence systems: install, configure, maintain Windows and UNIX servers, Azure/AAD environments, backups, storage and network components; troubleshoot Tier 1/2 issues, manage infrastructure, integrate new technologies, supervise personnel, and support escalation and mission operations on-site.

Manage and optimize the ERP (SAP) and its integrations, lead upgrades, testing, UAT, training, and governance. Drive data governance and AI strategy, provide Tier II/III support, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve business processes and system reliability.
