Heavy use of QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel; collaborate with Director of Accounting and interface with Salesforce.

Process multi-line, multi-state new business and renewals; gather and apply rating elements; enter and validate policy data; handle endorsements, cancellations, and service requests; resolve credit/claims/audit issues; maintain documentation and support underwriters and agency inquiries.

Serve as a senior, client-facing technical advisor conducting technical discovery and comprehensive technology assessments across infrastructure, cloud, identity, endpoint management, networking, and security. Develop actionable recommendations and roadmaps, support pre-sales, collaborate with sales and delivery teams, document findings, and participate in remote and onsite engagements to improve clients' reliability, security, and operational maturity.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines and data warehouses using Databricks, Spark, SQL Server, SSIS, and PL/SQL. Integrate healthcare data, optimize queries and performance, monitor data quality, support HIPAA compliance and data governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analytics-ready data assets.

Support cloud and enterprise cybersecurity by performing vulnerability scanning and remediation, threat modeling, incident analysis, RMF/ATO documentation, ST&E support, audit log review, and system hardening to maintain compliance with NIST and DoD risk management requirements.

Lead and execute site fundraising strategy to raise approximately $3M annually. Build donor pipelines, cultivate and solicit corporate, foundation, and individual donors; write grants and reports; manage fundraising records, events, and grant/audit documentation in coordination with site and national teams.
