Serves as a technical expert in process engineering, supporting manufacturing operations and improvement initiatives. Evaluates production problems, develops and updates work instructions and procedures, removes non-value-added process elements, creates CAD layouts to optimize workflow and material flow, resolves quality issues with supervisors, and participates in Kaizen and 5S continuous improvement events. The role involves working around manufacturing equipment, chemicals, vibration, and moving mechanical parts, with typical 10-hour workdays and possible overtime.

Provides first- and second-tier support for digital banking applications, manages support tickets and user access, monitors incidents, maintains documentation and reports, coordinates with vendors, supports audits and reconciliations, and participates in testing, system updates, and departmental projects. Provides front-desk and administrative support for a school by answering calls, greeting visitors, handling mail and shipments, maintaining supplies and student records, tracking staff time, notifying parents and districts about absences, and assisting with accounts receivable, payroll preparation, workers’ compensation reports, and other corporate duties.

Tax intern will support client engagements by preparing federal and state tax returns, researching tax laws and business trends, reconciling technical tax issues, and assessing domestic and international tax matters. The role includes tax software training, collaboration with accounting professionals, client service, proposal support, mentoring, and professional networking.

Leads finance and accounting activities, including payroll journal entries, financial reporting, reconciliations, fixed assets, tax data, billing, trend analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and SOX/COSO compliance. The intern also assists with reports, presentations, special projects, and cross-departmental collection of financial data while performing general office tasks.

Administer and optimize multiple enterprise SaaS business applications, including configuration, workflows, permissions, integrations, reporting, data feeds, and vendor-supported changes. Troubleshoot system, access, workflow, and integration issues; support releases, testing, UAT, implementations, and data validation. Partner with business teams, vendors, IT risk, and data owners to improve efficiency, controls, data quality, reliability, and scalability across interconnected business systems.

Provide hands-on IT troubleshooting and support for client environments, resolving Mac, Windows, network, device, software, security, and AV issues. Deploy and configure hardware, software, and MDM-enrolled devices; maintain networks and servers; document solutions; respond to security threats; and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc onsite support across Denver and Boulder. Collaborate on larger technical projects and provide client-focused assistance in a flexible Monday-Friday schedule.
