Drive full-cycle outbound and inbound sales for Fusion, an EHR and practice management platform for pediatric therapy practices. Build pipeline through prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and contract close. Use Salesforce and AI-powered sales tools, represent the product at industry events, and collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and customer success to maximize long-term customer value.

Lead end-to-end sourcing for IT and digital banking products (software, SaaS, hardware, consulting). Develop multi-year sourcing strategies, run RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, negotiate high-value contracts, manage supplier performance, analyze spend for cost savings, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory/sustainability objectives, and drive process automation and continuous improvement.

Provide on-site IT support for Garda's New York office, servicing Windows, macOS, mobile, Microsoft 365, networking, printing, and AV/VC. Coordinate with MSPs, assist security with vulnerability remediation and incident response, and support infrastructure, endpoint management, and global projects.

Greet and check patients in/out, capture insurance and co-pays, scan documents, and communicate with clinical and billing staff via phone, chat, and email. Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced clinic, perform accurate data entry across multiple systems, and travel between clinic sites as assigned.

Own net-new partner sales for the Suki Platform in EHR, telehealth, care management, and revenue cycle verticals. Build C-suite and clinical/IT relationships, qualify and close new logo opportunities, maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, collaborate with product/marketing/customer success, translate client needs into platform integrations, and travel extensively (40%–60%).

Process multi-state payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees, maintain payroll records (PTO, garnishments), assist with reporting, audits, year-end processing, and benefits reconciliations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, perform quality checks, support payroll projects, and improve payroll/HRIS processes while providing internal customer service.

Manage a sales territory to meet weekly, monthly, and annual quotas by developing territory action plans, prospecting and closing new business, maintaining client relationships, collecting receivables, coaching and directing staff, and overseeing departmental operations and compliance. Perform field sales activities, product demos, and other duties to support business objectives.

Support Course Design team by provisioning and maintaining SCORM-compliant course content and master templates, troubleshooting LMS and integrated tools, training and assisting faculty, responding to technical support inquiries, ensuring curriculum documentation aligns with accreditation, and participating in curriculum meetings.

Design, implement, and maintain Windows-based servers, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure. Provide expert client technical support, optimize system performance, enforce security best practices, manage disaster recovery, and maintain documentation. Work hybrid with occasional onsite client visits in the NYC metro area.

Administer group benefits (health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement), manage enrollments and vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance (ACA, COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, HIPAA), support leave of absence processing, assist open enrollment, maintain HRIS records and vendor file feeds, and serve as primary benefits contact for employees and vendors.
