Primary Job Function: Assist the Finance and Operations teams with various administrative, operational, and financial tasks to support the smooth functioning of the organization
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help with data entry, record keeping, and file management and organization.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Conduct research and gather information to support operational decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements and workflow enhancements.
- Liaise with other departments to gather financial data and provide necessary support for financial analysis and reporting.
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Help with the reconciliation of financial statements and accounts.
- Scanning and cataloging of financial and corporate documents.
- Create and update standard operating procedures
- Other projects and duties as required.

- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to pass a U.S. Government background investigation.
- General office tasks including filing and using a computer in an indoor office setting.
