Owns complex technical accounting, financial reporting, intercompany transactions, consolidations, and U.S. GAAP research. Leads monthly and annual close processes, manages outsourced bookkeeping, and develops accounting policies, controls, and scalable procedures. Partners with auditors, tax advisors, Finance, and leadership on domestic and international matters. Maintains audit readiness, communicates accounting conclusions, and uses AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve workflows and productivity.

Leads the strategic design, administration, compliance, communication, and continuous improvement of health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary benefits programs. Manages the Benefits team, oversees enrollments and employee support, evaluates vendors and brokers, conducts benchmarking and data analysis, manages regulatory risk, and leads organization-wide benefits initiatives. Partners with HR, Finance, and vendors to optimize program effectiveness, employee experience, compliance, and cost management.

Coordinates medical claims, records, referrals, and supporting documentation for review and processing. Retrieves and organizes materials, maintains case files and databases, communicates with clients and providers, tracks report status, handles inquiries and complaints, performs clerical tasks, and ensures accurate, timely, confidential work compliant with applicable regulations and HIPAA standards.

Provides administrative and post-closing support for a title branch. Duties include greeting customers, answering phones, managing supplies and deliveries, processing wires, reviewing files for accuracy, completing disbursements, scanning documents, sending payoff and lender packages, and issuing final policies. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, urgency, and willingness to learn company software. Previous office experience is required; title, escrow, post-closing, funding, or lending experience is beneficial.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice approvals, three-way matching, payment runs, cash application, collections, reconciliations, vendor statements, 1099 filings, and customer accounts. Support month-end close, intercompany billing, freight accruals, audits, documentation, and process improvements while working within Infor ERP.

Manage bi-weekly payroll and Workday timekeeping, ensuring accurate and compliant processing. Resolve payroll system issues, coordinate changes with Human Resources, administer foreign national payroll compliance through FNIS, and oversee stipends, tax reporting, reconciliations, garnishments, retirement contributions, vendor files, audits, and emergency disbursement procedures. Provide training and support to employees and supervisors while assisting with related accounting and procurement processes.

Builds and maintains analytical data foundations for lending, underwriting, pricing, originations, collections, and portfolio analytics. Develops reusable SQL assets, dimensional models, data marts, transformation workflows, reporting solutions, and business intelligence products using SQL, Python, dbt, Git, Snowflake, Power BI, and Sigma. Partners with technical teams, analysts, and business stakeholders to integrate data, standardize metrics, automate testing, and deliver reliable, documented, scalable analytical assets.

Manage delinquent customer accounts, negotiate repayment plans, resolve issues, identify delinquency causes, document account activity, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards while meeting collection performance goals.

Sell new and used vehicles by identifying customer needs, conducting demonstrations and test drives, completing deliveries, explaining features and paperwork, and building repeat and referral business. Maintain product knowledge, meet sales quotas, follow dealership and safety policies, attend meetings, analyze performance, and report to the General Sales Manager.
