Build and scale a high-performing BDR team responsible for rapidly qualifying inbound and outbound leads. Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage BDRs; establish prospecting playbooks, workflows, scripts, and sequences; own lead-response and qualification KPIs; forecast pipeline performance; and partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps on lead routing and handoffs. Use CRM and sales engagement data to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion, and drive a competitive, metrics-focused team culture.

Coordinates metadata entry, review, approval, and delivery for books and calendars. Uploads and organizes digital assets, prepares images and basic 3D product assets, fulfills sales and marketing requests, maintains asset libraries, tracks materials, and supports launch and review meetings.
