Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts for a loan-servicing firm. Serve as main client contact, deliver services accurately and on time, analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, resolve issues, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to support client objectives and business growth.
