Provides administrative support to Bible Media Group, manages schedules, handles office operations, and assists with project management as required by the Leadership Team.

Provide administrative and operational support for the UMTYS program, including managing client records and EHR entries, handling releases of information, tracking insurance, coordinating logistics for client transitions and departmental events, maintaining supplies and inventories, processing department financial tasks, supporting audits and grant/contract data, and assisting with onboarding/offboarding and special projects.

Design, develop, and optimize plastics processing parameters, troubleshoot production issues, support quality and compliance, collaborate with design and suppliers, train operators, document processes, and report performance metrics to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive reporting. Prepare month-end journal entries, reconcile GL accounts, support daily cash operations, and assist AP/AR and treasury. Consolidate multi-entity financials, produce dashboards and presentations for senior management, and drive process improvements and ad-hoc financial analyses.

Support month-end close and GAAP financial reporting with focus on revenue recognition, construction/project accounting, lease and debt accounting, and operating expense accounting. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, support audits and internal controls, collaborate cross-functionally (FP&A, IT, operations), and contribute to process improvements and special projects.

Lead development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategy to build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, manage marketing team and vendors, analyze performance and market trends, oversee budgets, and support growth across restaurant locations.

Supports Engagement and Stewardship by coordinating fundraising projects, events, donor recognition, and multi-audience communications. Greets foundation guests, maintains office operations, and ensures accurate, confidential donor records. Works with email marketing, spreadsheets, and databases to produce stewardship materials and support team priorities.

Provide instructional leadership for multiple in-district special education programs, ensuring IEP and regulatory compliance, coaching and evaluating educators, monitoring curriculum and student progress, partnering with district leaders, overseeing data and documentation, and driving MTSS and continuous program improvement.
