Manage and track all leads, ensure timely follow-up, oversee day-to-day BDC operations, collect and analyze metrics, train and support call center representatives, and handle customer inquiries or calls as needed.

Invent new channels, run rapid MVPs with engineers and marketers, apply AI and ops experiments, and use data-driven insights to scale enrollment and reduce churn for Pomelo’s virtual care.

Lead and manage customer onboarding projects from intake through go-live and stabilization. Coordinate cross-functional teams, document and track requirements, timelines, risks, and issues. Communicate status to stakeholders and leadership, run SteerCo meetings, drive action resolution, and improve onboarding processes and operational readiness.

Performs confidential administrative tasks to support department operations: driver check-in, inventory reconciliation, money counting and deposits, basic accounting, report assistance, and phone support. Requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Perform dealership accounting tasks including writing receipts, claiming Ford and Chrysler incentives and APRs, scanning WPI tickets, filing and remitting product contracts and cancellations (warranty, GAP, tire/wheel, credit life/disability, key), reconciling schedules, preparing weekly statements and commission reports, processing refunds and miscellaneous adjustments, and supporting customer GAP claims and service receivables.

Drive territory sales for PVF products across upstream, midstream, downstream and chemical markets. Generate new business, grow accounts, negotiate pricing, prepare presentations, support proposals and contracts, coordinate with branch and supply chain, resolve customer issues, and meet gross margin and delivery goals while maintaining safety and compliance.

Maintain and supervise site infrastructure, hardware, and software for a fully automated logistics facility. Troubleshoot and maintain complex technical systems, manage IT equipment performance and availability, document and execute maintenance plans, and support implementations and upgrades to control systems and applications.
