Use AI coding assistants and prompt engineering to generate, debug, optimize, and validate production-ready code for accuracy, performance, and security. Apply JVM performance profiling, SQL and PL/SQL, and software development best practices. Work onsite four days weekly in Lansing or Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Lead execution and delivery of supply chain and capital project consulting engagements for energy clients. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, market research, sourcing/vendor selection, contract support, and use WoodMac software tools. Mentor junior staff, coordinate with client PMOs and engineering teams, and support IT/digital program governance. Frequent travel required.
