Build and execute the Pacific Northwest enterprise sales territory across Oregon and Washington. Build and operate backend services, internal data integrations, AI agents, and automation workflows that streamline Rogo’s internal operations and customer lifecycle. Responsibilities include integrating systems of record, deploying production services, creating reliable agent workflows with evaluations and guardrails, automating provisioning and onboarding, ensuring secure data handling, and measuring operational impact. The role requires autonomy, strong communication, backend engineering expertise, cloud deployment experience, SQL proficiency, and production experience with LLMs and third-party APIs.
