Support Property and Portfolio Managers for a South Bay industrial portfolio: process invoices, rent rolls, tenant communications, Yardi data entry and reporting, manage work orders, assist with move-ins/outs, budgets, insurance tracking, vendor contracts, and onboarding/disposition transitions.

Advise on cross-border employment, immigration, investigations, litigation, benefits, labor relations, equity and IPO-readiness, policies, and HR counseling. Draft and negotiate workforce agreements, lead internal investigations, manage outside counsel, support public-company readiness, and partner with HR and business leaders across jurisdictions.
