Provide clerical and administrative support for the Club: maintain member enrollment/attendance records and electronic databases, answer phones, prepare correspondence/reports/flyers, support events and field trips, attend meetings and trainings, and deliver professional customer service to parents, members, staff, and volunteers.

Maintain accurate inventory, track device check-in/check-out, prepare and maintain devices, audit and reconcile inventory, coordinate shipments, document issues, and follow asset management processes.

Build and productionize GenAI features: design experiments, evaluation suites, advanced RAG and reasoning pipelines, oversee SFT/LoRA tuning, and optimize quality-cost-latency trade-offs for reliable, user-focused AI products.

Teach multiple in-person sections of first- and second-year Applied Calculus (≈16 contact hours/week), coordinate and improve course content and assessments, use active and mastery-based pedagogy, support student learning in engineering and computing contexts, participate in service and professional development, and contribute to collaborative teaching initiatives.

Participate on client software teams to develop and test applications across Java, .NET, web, cloud, and AI/ML stacks. Receive training, set a flexible schedule, work hybrid (initial onsite days) and gain hands-on engineering and automated-testing experience.

Manage the Puppy Mill Initiative by developing research-based materials and communications, monitoring federal and state legislation and legal actions, maintaining tracking systems, coordinating project planning and evaluation, supporting cross-departmental advocacy, and handling related administrative tasks to advance policy and education efforts to end commercial breeding.
