Lead end-to-end annotation projects: define workflows, coordinate teams (annotators, reviewers, experts), track progress and quality via dashboards, manage launches and phase transitions, pilot tooling and methodology improvements, and build scalable operational systems and documentation to support annotator community and cross-functional alignment.

Manage accounting for multiple construction projects including AP/AR, billing packet preparation, job cost reconciliation, subcontractor invoice review, draws input, lien release management, and support for project teams to ensure timely billing and collections.

Generative AI/ML experience is a plus.

Own strategic customer relationships and lead deployment of AI workflows into supplier operations. Map customer SOPs and data sources, identify high-ROI AI opportunities, translate needs into product and implementation requirements, drive adoption, partner with product/engineering, build playbooks, track value, and surface expansion opportunities across global teams.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites using Tricentis Tosca. Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with Agile teams, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior SDETs to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Work with the investment team to evaluate industry theses and perform early commercial diligence, codify portfolio playbooks, support partners and platform CEOs on ad hoc initiatives, and prepare quarterly portfolio reporting and annual strategic plans. Role supports company-building, deal structuring, recruiting, and operational improvements across the portfolio.

Manage a portfolio of homeowner relationships while owning dynamic pricing and revenue strategy. Communicate performance and market insights, underwrite and price properties using data tools, maintain high-converting listings, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve occupancy and owner retention.

Manage daily treasury, payments, and FX operations across fiat and on-chain rails: execute FX trades, monitor liquidity and payment flows, resolve exceptions, perform reconciliations and reporting, support compliance and automation with product and engineering teams.
