Job Description
We are proactively seeking a Senior SDET with approximately 10 years of experience to join our team in anticipation of a new initiative involving Tricentis or a similar testing platform. This role will play a key part in establishing and maintaining robust automated testing frameworks within a CI/CD environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior SDETs as the team scales.
Years of Experience Required:
10+ years total in automation/testing.
5–8 years specifically in automation.
3–5 years with Tricentis Tosca.
Tricentis Tosca: Hands-on expertise is critical. Candidates will likely be asked to complete a small technical exercise in the interview.
Tools & Platforms Required:
Azure DevOps: Daily usage, must be hands-on.
Git: Used less frequently, but should be comfortable.
CI/CD Pipelines: Hands-on knowledge required
3–5 years with Tricentis Tosca.
Skills Required
- 10+ years total in automation/testing
- 5-8 years specifically in automation
- 3-5 years hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca
- Daily hands-on use of Azure DevOps
