Part-time in-house graphic designer creating marketing collateral (emails, digital ads, print, outdoor, social, video). Code responsive emails/web, collaborate with regional teams, revise per feedback, manage projects from concept to final delivery, and ensure brand alignment and accessibility.

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities. Develop KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, build Power BI dashboards using DAX, SQL, and Power Query, validate data quality, automate reporting, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.

Develop and maintain predictive pricing, retention, and conversion models using GLMs and advanced analytics; build monitoring tools for rating performance; support rate filings, product pricing analyses, competitor research, and cross-functional collaboration to inform pricing and enterprise risk decisions.

Manage moderate-to-complex, high-volume accounts payable tasks: process PO and non-PO invoices in D365, handle utilities and specialized invoices, audit Concur expense reports, prepare payments (ACH/check/wire), reconcile vendor statements, assist month-end close and 1099/W-9 activities, mentor junior AP staff, and improve AP processes while ensuring policy and internal control compliance.

Lead complex technical projects across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives while managing risks and stakeholder communication.

Provide day-to-day customer support and onboarding for small business clients via phone, video, email, and chat. Troubleshoot platform/account issues, track open issues, perform low-volume collections with empathy, maintain CRM records, and share product feedback to improve the customer experience.
