Lead design, reliability, and scalability of data infrastructure and pipelines using a modern stack (Snowflake, DBT, Airflow). Build reusable data models and semantic layers, implement data governance, observability, and SLAs, partner with cross-functional teams, build Reverse ETL and APIs, and support marketing and ML consumption.

Provide end-to-end executive support to the Owner/CEO: manage calendar and inbox, coordinate travel and site visits across five Texas markets, prepare meeting materials, implement AI-driven automations, handle confidential correspondence, act as gatekeeper, and own ad hoc projects in HR, recruiting, operations, and business development.

Processes ACH and wire transfers, prepares deposit-related records and reports, monitors the courtesy pay and member privilege programs, supports digital banking services, resolves account issues, and assists credit union staff and members while following compliance procedures.

The Contract Manager oversees research agreements, negotiates contracts, manages a team, and ensures compliance with regulations while supporting faculty in the administration of sponsored research.

Drive new partnership acquisition across priority channels by prospecting, solution-selling, negotiating contracts, building pipeline in Salesforce, and coordinating handoffs to implementation and account teams to support Cinch's growth strategy.

Operate a lean business-incubation pod to rapidly turn concepts into live tests. Own logistics, field execution, partner outreach, and travel. Track multiple pilots, build basic financial models, document customer conversations and pilot results, and enable fast decisions on scaling or killing ideas. Work independently with direction from the team lead.
