Supports operational management of the Veeva Practice by coordinating resource assignments, tracking project hours, budgets, schedules, utilization, and staffing. Maintains resource profiles, certifications, training records, and project documentation. Produces capacity, utilization, certification, and financial reports while reconciling timesheet and project data with Finance and project leadership. Identifies staffing, scheduling, budget, and compliance risks and supports forecasting, onboarding, offboarding, and training planning.

Provides legal counsel on advertising, marketing communications, financial services regulations, disclosures, and compliance policies. Reviews corporate and field materials, advises business units and sales teams, monitors regulatory developments, evaluates legal risks, and communicates requirements clearly. Ensures compliance with FINRA, SEC, FTC, FCC, state securities and insurance laws, Do Not Call rules, and CAN-SPAM. Requires a law degree, active bar membership, relevant legal experience, and FINRA licenses or completion within 120 days.

Own retention, renewals, migration, and expansion revenue across a portfolio of medical, dental, and legal practice clients. Lead business reviews, demonstrate ROI, identify upsell opportunities, manage at-risk accounts, and develop customer success plans. Partner with Sales, Onboarding, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success while maintaining accurate CRM and customer platform data. Advise practice owners and marketing decision-makers on digital marketing solutions and contribute to mentoring and process improvement.

Performs accounts receivable and accounts payable support, including balancing deposits, applying payments, resolving discrepancies, setting up customers, preparing journal entries and check requests, and assisting with reporting. The role also supports bank reconciliations, document filing, and communication with branches and corporate teams. It is hybrid with at least 50% remote work after onboarding.
