Coordinate commercial transactions from commitment through executed agreement and operational handoff. Provide technical support for QuickCharge product by troubleshooting customer issues using logs, Wireshark, SQL queries, IIS and server tools; communicate with clients and product teams, maintain knowledge base, and act as primary contact for assigned clients to resolve moderately complex problems.
