Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams to scope and implement scalable solutions. Administer AI-powered tools, document workflows, conduct training, and support cross-functional strategic decisions.

Provides direct executive support through complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, logistics, and cross-functional communication. Partners with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, supports leadership meetings and events, and collaborates with a five-person executive assistant team. The role requires adaptability, resourcefulness, responsiveness across time zones, and up to 25% travel in a fast-paced startup environment.

Leads Dropbox’s global Revenue and Marketing Operations strategy across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. Owns revenue planning, forecasting, segmentation, territories, quotas, incentives, GTM systems, analytics, pipeline management, and operational cadence across the customer lifecycle. Partners with executive leadership, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams to drive predictable growth, AI adoption, productivity, and transformation while building a high-performing Revenue Operations organization.

Leads the design, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of marketing review processes.
