Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of accounts, monitor performance, and deliver AI-driven solutions for automotive dealers and OEMs. Explain complex AI concepts clearly, collaborate with AI specialists and data scientists, identify growth opportunities, manage multiple projects, set and deliver on goals, and maintain confidentiality and a customer-first approach. Requires adaptability, strong communication, time management, and basic AI knowledge. Travel ~10%.

Coordinate and execute executive office operations: manage projects and timelines, prepare meeting materials and reports, track follow-ups and commitments, maintain documentation and SOPs, conduct research, and coordinate cross-department deliverables to ensure executive priorities are completed on time.

Generate qualified sales opportunities for Guidebook through creative outbound outreach (cold/warm calling, social selling, sequences). Manage pipeline, hit targets, attend trade shows, share market insights, and iterate outbound campaigns to scale lead generation.

Coordinate and direct multiple telecom implementation projects for Tier-1 service providers across the Americas. Translate cybersecurity and network-intelligence specifications, liaise with customers and internal stakeholders (sales, product, engineering, finance, marketing, customer success), and accelerate technical decision-making and adoption.

Lead and coach a regional Account Management team while managing a portfolio of large employer groups. Oversee implementations, resolve escalations, monitor performance metrics, partner with Sales and internal teams, and drive retention and process improvements. Role is field-based remote with regular travel and responsibility for strategic, high-complexity accounts.
