As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will develop and close business with large prospects, establishing relationships and leveraging insights to drive expansion and meet revenue goals.

Manage assigned client accounts to ensure satisfaction and renewals. Coach clients on SailPoint/IdentityIQ identity and access solutions, monitor usage and risks, provide strategic updates, identify expansion opportunities, and drive resolutions to customer issues.

Manage relationships with assigned clients to drive satisfaction, adoption, renewals, and product value. Advise on SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, monitor account health, surface expansion opportunities, provide executive updates, and ensure contract renewals.

Lead expansion of mental health access by closing and scaling partnerships with health plans, EAPs, and strategic healthcare partners. Own complex, long-cycle sales processes, engage C-suite stakeholders, drive deal origination and execution, and advocate for the company's care model to increase patient visit volume and improve outcomes.

Partner with enterprise financial firms to design and implement scalable practice management programs. Lead executive engagement, success roadmapping, content and curriculum development, and live facilitation. Drive adoption through program design, data-driven recommendations, and feedback to Product. Travel regularly to client sites and industry events to deliver sessions and represent Zocks as a subject-matter expert.

Lead enterprise practice management engagements for large RIAs, broker-dealers, banks, and insurers. Design rollout strategies, build scalable enablement programs and content, run discovery workshops, analyze data to recommend operational improvements, and deliver in-person/virtual facilitation and industry presentations. Act as enterprise client voice to product and travel frequently for client meetings and conferences.

Manage end-to-end California workers' compensation claims, including complex/high-exposure files. Conduct investigations, determine compensability, set reserves, manage medical and indemnity benefits, control litigation and legal costs, negotiate settlements, and provide excellent service to agents and insureds while mentoring junior adjusters and improving claims processes.

Partner with financial institutions to assess technical needs, deliver tailored product demos, respond to RFPs, and coordinate with product, implementation, and customer success to drive deals and revenue growth. Serve as the technical bridge between prospects and internal teams.

Own and improve end-to-end payroll and partner operational processes across CX. Design scalable workflows, define SLAs and escalation paths, coordinate incidents, analyze data for trends and risks, and drive cross-functional process standardization using Zendesk, Slack, Asana, and related systems.

Handle incoming owner relations inquiries about revenue, land, division orders, JIB, A/R, and A&P. Log and follow up cases in a tracking system, build trusting client relationships, manage difficult situations calmly, provide accurate timely responses, and participate in cross-training.

Serve as primary post-sales contact to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion for industrial cybersecurity customers. Build relationships, define success metrics, manage churn risk, monitor account health, execute success plans, maintain SFDC records, and collaborate with sales, TAMs, services, intelligence, and support.

Lead intake, roadmap, and governance for an AI automation/platform team. Harden and ship business-built AI apps to production with secure GCP platforms, define acceptance criteria and responsible-AI gates, manage vendor buy-vs-build decisions, drive adoption, measure outcomes, and manage AI economics and stakeholder communication.
