Administer all employee benefit programs, including enrollment, eligibility, deductions, vendor relationships, open enrollment, employee education, compliance, filings, audits, and reconciliations. The role prepares fundraisers for donor engagement, maintains accurate Raiser's Edge records, coordinates acknowledgments and meetings, manages information resources, and collaborates across development, finance, programs, and communications teams.
