SUMMARY:
To provide administrative support services to the IKG Management Team, directs Tulsa plant administrative operations and solves both routine and non-routine administrative problems.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare plant correspondence, reports, and presentations for the management team, as required.
- Administer employee engagement efforts, as assigned.
- Maintain databases and prepare reports in areas such as A/P, Payroll, Attendance, Production Reporting, and Material Control, including data entry.
- Purchase and maintain appropriate inventories of various MRO and office supplies.
- Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- A high school diploma and experience in office administration is highly desirable.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Must have excellent written, oral communications, administrative, and data entry skills
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of branch administrative policies and procedures.
- Must have excellent computer experience including “expert” spreadsheet and word processing operation and some exposure to an ERP system.

- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software. Manufacturing software desirable.
