Engages plant and business stakeholders across regions to define priorities, develop roadmaps, and scale solutions.

Design, deliver, and manage enterprise talent development programs (onboarding, learning journeys, cohort-based development, early career programs). Facilitate workshops, partner with stakeholders and vendors, manage program operations, measure outcomes, and apply continuous improvement. Incorporate innovative and AI-enabled learning approaches to support upskilling, reskilling, and future skills alignment.

Supports and improves IT portfolio governance, including demand intake, prioritization, portfolio reporting, data integrity, governance forums, PMO processes, tools, templates, and stakeholder communications. Partners with IT leaders, project managers, resource managers, and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives align with business priorities and capacity. Provides guidance and training on PMO methodologies, portfolio management practices, governance requirements, and related tools.

Designs, documents, analyzes, and validates electrical systems and controls for custom orders, existing products, and new product development. Supports production and field troubleshooting, component substitutions, root-cause investigations, engineering changes, supplier evaluations, and product improvements. Develops schematics, bills of material, specifications, and validation procedures while ensuring compliance with electrical and machine-safety standards. Collaborates with customers, manufacturing, purchasing, applications, service, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Manage customer accounts and collect outstanding receivables through phone and email communication. Investigate billing discrepancies, coordinate with project managers, sales, estimators, insurers, and mortgage companies, and develop repayment plans. Process invoices, payments, refunds, and ledger transactions; reconcile accounts, document activity, and assist with lien and small claims processes. The role also supports improvements to accounts receivable procedures and offers potential growth into management.

Drive new business and manage assigned accounts via face-to-face selling, prospecting, presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Build customer and supplier relationships, execute account plans, document opportunities in sales tools, and meet sales and margin targets while traveling frequently to client sites.

Leads all finance and accounting functions for the Commercial Snow and Ice division. Provides strategic financial guidance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, audit and SOX compliance oversight, M&A support, and financial analysis for business initiatives. Partners with leadership to improve performance and profitability while managing and developing finance staff across multiple plants and locations.
